On November 17, Hong An Xin Chen (Guangzhou) Joint Law Firm was honored to be invited to attend the launch ceremony of the first provincial "Rule of Law Non-Litigation Center". Hu Ying, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the Guangzhou Railway Transport Intermediate Court, Deng Zhongwen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, Luo Guanghua, Deputy Secretary of the Yuexiu District Committee and District Mayor, Kong Xianghu, Director of the Standing Committee of the Yuexiu District People's Congress, Liang Ling, Deputy Secretary of the Yuexiu District Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, and relevant responsible comrades from the Secretariat of the Provincial Office for Law-based Governance attended and participated in the unveiling.

The first provincial "Rule of Law Non-Litigation Center" in Yuexiu District has established a [Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Legal Expert Database] composed of 5 Hong Kong barristers, 1 Macao lawyer, and other legal experts. 10 lawyers from this joint firm are honored to become members of this expert database, namely Lawyer Tong Jianhua, Lawyer Chen Peiyu, Barrister Su Qichang, Barrister Chen Jiasheng, Barrister Dai Zhaoqi, Barrister Zheng Zhenkang, Lawyer Su Wenjie, Lawyer Jiang Zhongyou, Lawyer Ma Huis, and Lawyer Qian Haomin.
