Warm Congratulations to Director Tong Jianhua, Lawyers Wen Yang, Luo Jinliang, and Yang Jiansheng of Our Firm for Winning the "20-Year Practice Contribution Award" from the Lawyers Association

On the 28th anniversary of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Publicizing the List of "Practice Contribution Award" Winners (Suilv xie Tong [2016] No. 43), the Association reviewed and publicized more than 900 lawyers in three batches based on data statistics and the missing lawyer lists reported by each law firm, verifying their practice seniority certificates.

After layers of selection, Director Tong Jianhua, and Lawyers Wen Yang, Luo Jinliang, and Yang Jiansheng of our firm were awarded the "20-Year Practice Contribution Award".

Director Tong Jianhua

- Current Position: Chief Partner of Guangdong Honour Law Firm

- Specialties: Criminal defense, real estate, financial, and corporate legal affairs, including real estate development, project transfer, post-sales services, bank credit, project guarantees, bills, payment and settlement, funds, trusts, financial leasing, and related litigation/arbitration; corporate mergers and acquisitions, equity transfers, IPOs, and debt-to-equity swaps.

- Practice Experience: 21 years of practice, handling or guiding over 4,000 cases. Notable cases include serving as chief defense lawyer for Zhang Ziqiang in the internationally renowned "Big Rich" Zhang Ziqiang Gang Case (recorded in the 2000 Guinness World Records for the highest ransom demand) and defending in the Zheng Hongjun Gang's red oil smuggling case, known as the largest "ant smuggling" case since the founding of the PRC.

- 2004: "Outstanding Enterprise Contribution Award" in China by the International Managers Association

- 2007: "Best Corporate Legal Counsel" by the International Managers Association

- 2015: Appointed as the 9th Batch of Special Supervisors by the Guangdong Provincial Supervision Department (4-year term)

- Public Welfare: Actively participated in China Charity Federation activities, organized the Guangzhou launch of the "Four Seas One Heart" project and Qingyuan charity show, accepted charity donations from Jitong Network and SPDB, and provided legal aid for dozens of vulnerable groups.

Lawyer Wen Yang

- Current Position: Partner of Guangdong Honour Law Firm

- Specialties: Civil and commercial legal affairs, with deep theoretical expertise and practical experience, especially in foreign-invested enterprise law, foreign company investment, foreign-related litigation/arbitration, commercial negotiations, real estate legal services, and financial/corporate legal affairs.

- Awards:

- 2003: Named an Active Member of the 9th CPPCC Guangzhou Committee

- 2007: Appointed as a Member of the 13th Committee for Participatory Politics and Policy Advice of the Guangzhou Branch of the China Democratic Progressive Association

- 2008: Commended by the Guangzhou Municipal Supervision Bureau

- 2009: Appointed as a Member of the Guangdong Provincial Overseas Chinese-funded Enterprise Lawyer Service Group by the Guangdong Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Guangdong Department of Justice (3-year term)

- 2010: Appointed as the 8th Batch of Special Supervisors by the Guangdong Provincial Supervision Department (4-year term)

Lawyer Luo Jinliang

- Profile: Former Member of the Jiangxi Provincial Procuratorate Society, Contributing Writer for Chinese Lawyer, and long-term legal aid lawyer appointed by the Guangzhou Women's and Children's Federation, adhering to integrity and fairness.

- Specialties: Civil and economic dispute cases, corporate legal counsel, and criminal defense, with expertise in marriage, real estate, corporate legal affairs, traffic accidents, and criminal law, accumulating rich experience in litigation and non-litigation cases.

Lawyer Yang Jiansheng

- Specialties: Civil and economic litigation and non-litigation legal affairs, over a decade of experience as legal counsel for 4A advertising companies, proficient in legal matters related to advertising design, production, release, and agency.
