Our Firm Becomes One of the First Law Firms in Guangzhou to Establish a Mediation Room

After being evaluated by the Guangzhou Lawyer Mediation Work Leading Group, our firm was successfully selected and became one of the first law firms in Guangzhou to establish a mediation studio. On the morning of December 27, 2018, Lawyer Zeng Fanxing of our firm was invited to attend the inauguration and licensing ceremony for the first batch of lawyer mediation studios in Guangzhou.

- Attendees: Tan Xiangping, Deputy Director of Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and Leader of the Guangzhou Lawyer Mediation Work Leading Group; Xing Yiqiang, President of Guangzhou Lawyers Association and Deputy Leader of the Group; Shen Min, Director of the Lawyer Work Management Department of Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and Deputy Leader of the Group; and representatives from the first batch of 30 law firm mediation studios. The ceremony was presided over by Wang Zhijun, Vice President of Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

1. Strengthen responsibility and adhere to the correct direction.

2. Strictly observe work discipline and mediate in accordance with the law, avoiding false mediation for illegal purposes.

3. Uphold equality and voluntariness, respecting the parties' will and their right to choose dispute resolution procedures.

4. Pay attention to methods and ensure convenience and efficiency, flexibly determining mediation approaches and procedures.

5. Clarify fee standards, adhere to openness and transparency, and file fee standards with the Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Lawyers Association for record.
